You are never too old to start investing in your health. We have had students as young as 3 and as old as 93. We have programs to fit all different ability levels.
All of our training is done with your safety in mind. But like with all physical activity there is always the possibility of injury. We have done everything we can to reduce that risk as much as possible.

Depending on your program most classes meet 2 or 3 times per week.
Depending on your age and level of commitment our class prices can range from $12 per class and up. There are discounts for larger blocks of time.
